We do not sell your data.

We use carefully selected service providers to run our website and bookings. These include:

  • Squarespace (website + booking system)

  • Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing)

  • Gmail (email)

These companies act as “processors” and only use data on our instructions.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website is hosted on Squarespace which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and allow the booking system to function.

Data retention

We keep booking and payment records for 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.
If you stop using our services and ask us to delete your information sooner, we will delete what we are legally allowed to delete.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
